Musical apartment door detail - Duvarçı Adem Sokağıda (5) 1000x750Here is a musical motif on an apartment door. This building is on the edge of the Bülbül (nightingale) neighborhood in the Beyğolu district. An earlier post shows a variety of apartment doors in my neighborhood, but none as unusual as this. Yes, a live didgeridu player on İstiklal Caddesi. The didgeridu is an instrument developed by the Aboriginal peoples of the northern part of (what is now) Australia.
